a real A.S.H.P.D. Portal gun prop

I asked for permission to build it on the day i post this topic and got a reply today alowing me to build it and now waiting on getting the info of the required matierals and measurements 
I only got the 9v now but will have the LEDs and electronics later (resistors, copper board and 9v battery connector)
